Holly Chang is an intuitive leadership coach, facilitator, and social entrepreneur. For over two decades, she has dedicated her life to meaningful work that serves, inspires, and transforms lives. 

Previously, she held a number of prominent leadership positions, including as the founder of the Golden Bridges Foundation, founder of Project Pengyou, founding International Director of the China Foundation Center, and Executive Director of the Committee of 100. 

In those roles, she worked alongside some of the world’s most influential government, business, and philanthropic leaders to advance U.S.-China relations, promote youth leadership, preserve nature, inspire philanthropy, and cultivate diversity and inclusion. Her projects have been backed by the Ford Foundation, Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the United Nations, and many more. 

In 2019, she relinquished all of her titles and embarked on an intensive spiritual and self-development journey. She has since gathered wisdom and insights from hundreds of spiritual experiences, books, teachers, and lineages. 

Following a continued passion to serve, inspire, and transform lives, she currently coaches and facilitates entrepreneurs, organization leaders, and seekers to overcome any challenge, expand their innate genius, and live their best lives.
